Our business is set up for a simple process:
1. Our customer most importantly know what they want they order a sample online
2. They email us for a freight quote with zip code, product and quantity
3. We email back the best possible freight rate (usually a list of terminals)
4. The customer selects the terminal of their choice
5. The customer is then sent a final quote including shipping
6. The customer agrees to the quote
7. PayPal invoice is sent or Credit Card authorization form is completed,
8. Once paid, BOL#/PRO# and Tracking details are sent on
9. The customer is contacted as soon as their shipment arrives

Customers (not general enquiries) are given a contact number and lines are open 5 days a week Monday thru Friday 10am until 4pm EST. You are always welcome to leave a message after hours and your call will be returned first thing on the next day.
However we recognize the nature of ecommerce and by its nature customer have questions and issue outside of what are considered regular working hours. So to help our customers we will always be online to check emails for a prolonged period Monday thru Saturday 7am until 10pm EST.
During these extended hours just send us an email, we can run freight quotes answer product questions and arrange a time to talk your questions through further.
