$175 Flat Rate Shipping for Natural Stone from UPS.  If it fits it ships - this time on a pallet*.

Shipping marble around the USA can be expensive.  The real cost is in the final steps; when the product is shipped UPS picks up the pallet from our warehouse, then on a 40FT truck it takes that to a terminal in your area (this is phase 1).  The freight carrier then unloads at the terminal, it then needs a smaller truck with a special hydraulic gate on the back to lower the pallet to ground level and be small enough to make the residential delivery (Phase 2).

3.  On a special truck with a hydraulic lift-gate

and has to travel to a residential area (high insurance)

UPS has agreed to a special rate taking into account the elimination of phase 2 of just $175.00 for delivery to any of their terminals (terminal list). You can see why a price saving can be made.

1.  The process for our customers is simple:

2.  Enter your zip code into the UPS service locator

3.  We ship your order to the UPS terminal

4.  We email you a tracking number to track your shipment

5.  UPS will call you as soon as your shipment is ready

6.  Arrange a time to collect your order (take the tracking number to the terminal)

7.  Load your order in SUV, Track or Car and take it home

We understand this does not work for everyone that is why when we quote we do so with a residential delivery with and without lift-gate.  Just more choices to save our customers money.  

*Please note:

1. This agreement is for Carrara Marble  | Honey Onyx | Crema Marfil. Items excluded include Glass, Calacatta Gold | Laminate Flooring or any items that have a higher freight classification number may be different.  For example glass is Freight classification 65.

2. Builders Depot Direct is helping by subsidizing the freight.  This may not work for orders less than 100SF of tile as there is no significant order to subsidize the freight with - for small orders a different method of shipping or price may be offered.
