Know which factory & where the laminate is from, no point having a 15, 20 or lifetime warranty if the product is from China – how will you claim on your warranty? Write to China.

We buy from Factories with a USA corporation, this means there is a legal way to ensure all the warranties are bound – for example our Classen collection of Beveled and Handscraped laminate flooring has a USA Corporation. We would not sell a laminate flooring without a USA subsidiary or physical representation - this protects us and you!

Be careful of clever wording ‘made to European standards’ does not mean it is made in Europe.

Price is an important factor, a HDF core laminate flooring, with the same AC rating, beveled & narrow plank design is identical to another laminate that costs twice as much – the buying process of our company is different, we are the largest, bulk buying & stocking ecommerce laminate flooring supplier – this is one reason why we can sell premium laminate to you for $0.89SF.

Finally times are tough, distributors are filing for bankrupcy so be careful - really careful when buying so called 'Clearance' items. Our Classen and other laminate lines are not on Clearance. They are just a great and very low price sale - we will have more to sell next month and the month after (just the price may be higher).
Clearance items are going out of stock, finishing - the factory, brand or disributor is clearing the stock and will not be getting in any more (why - if it such a good product?). This goes back to the warranty, if it is clearanced - how will this impact the warranty. The chances are if it is 'clearance' with no more stock coming, then you have no chance on claming on your warranty - especially if the product is from China or some other far eastern country - it may as well be North Korean laminate (Damage some - how will you replace the planks?).
So it may be a huge discount, but a huge discount for a laminate flooring with no warranty and no protection if it falls apart in 6-9 months - that is no discount.
